Name: Yurta. Surname: Kobyakov (circa XVI c. /1500-1600/) Lived in Safajay village of modern Nizhniy Novgorod region. Official name of the village in XX century - Krasnaya Gorka (renamed in 1940. In XVI century it was on the side of Russian state, near the border territory adjacent to Kazan Khanate. Safajay (means "safa" - clean, bright, "jay" - meadow) has another name in the archival documents - Sobachiy Ostrov (direct translation means "Dog`s Island") but researchers come to the conclusion there is a play on words and the name should be SUHBU(A)CHAY Ostrov - from the man`s name SUHBAY.
